Cold Chain Refrigerated Hot Shot collects information submitted through dispatch forms so we can review route requests, contact shippers, and coordinate refrigerated or frozen transport. Form details may include name, phone, email, company, pickup city, delivery city, cargo notes, and timing.

Lead information is used for service communication and operational follow-up. We do not sell form submissions. Payment details should only be provided through an approved payment process, not inside cargo notes.

For urgent service, submit only the information needed to evaluate the lane, temperature band, cargo type, and receiver requirements.
